Tsinghua University and UCL sign a Memorandum of Understanding to Enhance Collaboration in Civil Engineering
On 25 November 2024, THU School of Civil Engineering and UCL CEGE celebrated the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at collaboration in research and education in civil engineering. The agreement was formalised during the visit by the UCL’s Provost Michael Spence delegation to THU.
The MoU was signed by Professor Dongping Fang, Dean of THU School of Civil Engineering and Professor Geraint Rees, Vice-Provost of UCL. This strategic partnership sets the framework for both parties to solidify joint research engagement, staff and student exchange programmes, and the development of scientific workshops between academics to promote collaboration in the field of civil engineering.
